Our One to One Support services are designed to build confidence and help reconnect you with the things that make life worth living, so you can stay independent for longer. The first step will usually be an assessment with one of our team where you can tell what you’d like the outcome to be and you’ll then be matched to a local volunteer to support you to achieve your goals.
